Slow Fade Teaching Video from TAATD DVD/CD

whenever something bad happens i wish that i could go back in time and make it right again. i know that i can’t all i can do is trust in the lord. I ask him to help me get through what has happened an example of this is that when my mom gets me really mad i want to do something about it but i know that it is not right so i call to god asking for his guidance and he help me get through it. When he helps me when i am struggling in hard times i am thankful for what he does and his followers do.

Wow! This is just what I needed to hear! I just want to get back to where I was before ‘the fade’! All I keep dwelling on is how could I have let this happen? So, the shame prevents me from doing anything. I pray for the courage and direction to do the next right thing. Thank you for this video.

I’ve been fading away slowly for the past 1 and a half year, and I’ve been struggling with it a lot. This song has made me realize what has actually happened to me. I try to listen to this song every day to remind myself. Thanks Casting Crowns for making this song, and thanks Jesus for saving me!! =D

I never thought about the walking, standing, sitting thing before, out of those verses. That is really something to think about.

The only problem with this teaching is that it is 100% law, there is no Gospel here. So for the person who is slowly fading there is no way out shown to them. Of course as Christians we are supposed to know this, but that does not matter. When the law is given the Gospel should be as well.

This song is beautiful, and I really like it, same with the teachig video, but I believe it ends prematurely and by that I mean it does not discuss restoration, forgiveness, how the Lord is still faithful and still there for you. However, it’s still a beautiful song.

During times of struggle we tend to go off the path and eventually become lost, but not aware until the one time you look around you and you dont even know where you are.

2. If you have some habits like drinking (beer, wine, etc), or smoking, try to reduce. Those habits satisfy your body (FLESH). You have to tell your body WHO THE BOSS IS.
3. PRAYING GOD to give you STRENGTH to against your hunger and thinking about PORN.
4. Keep repenting the PORN SPIRIT every times you pray. You have to tell it go out of your mind and turn back to its PIT (a place where SPIRITS have to live until the JUDGEMENT DAY).

When I researched about the PORN, I know that it was a DEMON OPPRESION SPIRIT. It was a tough one to get rid off. But with GOD, you can do everything. FASTING is the KEY to overcome everything when you PRAY.
If you are wondering about my way of FASTING, here it is:

1. Eating less in each meal (especially MEAT). If your body give you hungers after the meal, eat more FRUIT (apples and bananas are cheap).

Finally, GOD revealed to me what I need to do. I HAD TO FAST AND PRAY. It was easy fro PRAYING but FASTING was not. My body kept complaining about hunger. Sometimes, I thought I had to give up, but thanks GOD I did not. After few days, my body was under my control. I kept continue fasting and praying for 2 weeks, and I saw a great result. I did not have the “urge force” to watch PORN anymore. This was the 1st time, I felt a true FREEDOM.

Hey! I know what you feel because I was addicted to porn and I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO STOP. I prayed GOD for many times but it could not last for few days. I tried to keep myself away from the computer but it did not work. There was a FORCE that keep my mind to watch porn. It kept continuing for a couple months. I could not stand any more because I felt disgusting about myself. I start CRYING out to GOD. I confessed all my thoughts what I felt about my addiction and myself.

With one big step, stupid choice I made…I’ve messed up my life. How can I ever get over this? I know that the devil knew where he good get me with into sin…(i know I had a choice to not listening to him!) It just feels like this will follow the rest of my life! If I was 18 I maybe could think I had to learn my lessons. But I’m 31 one and I can’t keeping up with making a mess of my life….
