Every speed camera in county switched off next week
EVERY speed camera in Oxfordshire will be switched off next week and the current drink driving, mobile phone and seatbelt checks will be halted.

I noticed a flash to the drivers side of my car the other day, curious to know would this have been a photo camera or a speed camera? Or do speed cameras only take front or rear photos , and you would see the flash from the front or rear depending on where the photo [...]

Sunny weather is great, unless you want to take portrait photos. Bright light often means harsh shadows on your subject. In this video digital expert Gavin Hoey www.gavtrain.com will look at using on and off camera flash to control the light and get some great results.

Screw buying a $3000 lens for a camera, I’d rather just ask you to make a drawing of it. You’d make it look more realistic than the camera could.

Thanks! Portrait in technics a dry brush is used: brushes from a bristle and synthetics, an oil paint for artists, a water colour paper, rubber erase for clarification of patches of light and other light parts in a portrait

hey that was amazing …but what was that blue thing you had in your hand and you used it like an eraser …was it an eraser? and also do you need special kinds of brushed to do the dry brush technique? these may seem like simple questions to the experienced but im just starting out ..thanks for the help

What materials do you use?
I would really like to know so that I can use this technique in my AP drawing class because i dont really like the result that the stumps give of, especially compared to the dry brush technique!
